What file formats do you accept? We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For best print quality, use PNG at 300 DPI or higher. The maximum file size is 25 MB.

Is there a minimum order quantity? No minimum — order one shirt or one thousand. Each is made to order with the same premium quality.

How long does production take? Custom orders enter production within 24 hours of order confirmation. Total delivery time is 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Can I see a proof before production? Our real-time design tool shows you exactly how your shirt will look before you order. For bulk orders (12+), we can arrange a physical sample.

Are custom shirts returnable? Custom-printed shirts cannot be returned unless there is a defect or printing error on our part. If that happens, we'll replace or refund within 30 days.
