What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can modify orders that haven't entered the processing stage yet.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5 (FREE on orders over $75)
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $10
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your Account page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Custom design items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team via the Contact page with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% premium organic cotton, sourced responsibly and certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).
How do your sizes run?
Our t-shirts are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit. Check individual product pages for detailed size charts. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Proper care will keep your shirt looking great for years!

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
