Shipping Policy

1. Production Time
All Threads of Mercy products are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed, your item enters our production queue.
- Standard items: 2–5 business days to produce
- Custom-designed items: 3–5 business days to produce
- Production times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand
- Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via major US carriers depending on your selected method and location:

Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address (state and ZIP code)
- The total weight and dimensions of your order
- Your selected shipping method
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 using standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
4. Shipping Geography
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes for express or priority methods; please use a physical address.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime through your account dashboard or our Order Tracking page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with scan events.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Wait 3 business days past your estimated delivery date before filing a claim (tracking can lag).
- Check with neighbors and building management for misdelivered packages.
- Contact us at support@threadsofmercy.com with your order number and photos if damaged.
- We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at support@threadsofmercy.com — we can often update the address if the order hasn't entered production yet.
8. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
Shipping and production times may be extended during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday). We will post notices on our website when delays are expected. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for holiday gift orders.
